We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Ship the Item: Mail the package to the address provided in the instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Details
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
