Every Zaya Handmade bag is crafted with care and passion, and we treat its journey to you with the same attention. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process, rates, and delivery times from our studio in San Diego, California.
1. Order Processing Time
Since many of our items are truly handmade or finished upon ordering, we require a bit of time to prepare your order for shipment.
- Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- If an item is custom-made or requires additional time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We use reliable carriers like USPS and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly anywhere within the United States.

3. International Shipping
We are happy to ship Zaya Handmade bags to our customers around the globe!
- Delivery Time: International shipping generally takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of your order.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Zaya Handmade is *not* responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking and Support
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if a package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
